General Services & Booking
What types of photography do you offer?
I offer real estate photography, family portraits, event photography, sports photography, professional headshots, studio sessions, and mini sessions. If you can think it, I probably do it - please don't hesitate to reach out!
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes, I do travel for shoots on a case by case basis. Please contact me to discuss your specific location and needs.
How long does it take to get my photos?
My standard turnaround time is 2 weeks, but we can discuss expediting if you need your photos sooner.
How do I book a session?
Please use my contact form to reach out to me, and I will contact you back via your preferred method - email or phone.
Scheduling & Availability
What is your availability?
For weekdays, I'm usually available in the evenings unless I have around 2 weeks notice for daytime shoots. Weekend availability varies.
What happens if weather is bad for outdoor shoots?
Depending on the context of the shoot, we will reschedule if needed. Please note that deposit refunds will not be issued for rescheduling due to weather.
Payment & Policies
What are your payment terms?
I require a 50% deposit up front to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% due the day of the shoot.
How long will my digital gallery be available?
I won't delete any digital galleries for a year minimum, but I reserve the right to take it down thereafter - always after delivery, though.
Photo Delivery & Services
How do I receive my photos?
All photos are delivered through a digital gallery online where you can view, download, and share your images.
How many photos will I receive?
This depends entirely on the package you choose - as few as 10 photos, as many as 50 or more.
Do you provide raw/unedited photos?
I only provide edited photos. All images go through my professional editing process.
Can I request specific edits or changes?
This depends on the extent of the edit - we can discuss specific requests during our consultation.
Do you offer prints and canvases?
My basic packages include digital delivery only. Prints and canvases are available as add-on services.
Equipment & Technical
What if your equipment fails during a shoot?
I have fallback equipment to prevent this, but in the case of disastrous circumstances, we can reschedule the shoot.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes, I carry two cameras with interchangeable lenses, multiple flashes, and many memory cards to ensure we never miss a shot.
Do you provide props?
This is handled on a case by case basis. I can sometimes bring props, while other times (like for senior portraits) I might ask the client to bring some personal items.
Service-Specific Questions
Do you work with real estate agents or homeowners?
I usually work with real estate agents, but I'm happy to work with homeowners directly if they're interested.
Do you offer drone/aerial photography?
Not yet - I'm currently working on getting my drone license to offer this service.
Do you photograph children?
I love photographing children! As the father of a young girl, I get a lot of practice doing so!
How long do you typically shoot for events?
For events, I shoot as long as needed to capture all the important moments.
Are there any restrictions on what types of events you'll photograph?
No restrictions at the moment - please contact me if you have any questions about your specific event.
How long are your typical sessions?
Most shoots are usually around an hour, though this can vary depending on the type of session and package chosen.
Do you have a studio or shoot on-location only?
I do on-location shoots and also have a variety of studio options available depending on your needs.
